Do you love chocolates?

Yes.

Are your products suitable for people with allergies or intolerances?

We have made a handy search function that allows you to search by specific flavours and dietary requirements making it easy to find exactly what you are looking for. However, whilst we take every precaution when handling our chocolates, items are stored in the same location and cross-contamination is possible. You can find all the individual ingredient information by clicking on the specific product you are interested in. Please ensure you are fully aware of the ingredients and allergy information prior to ordering but if you require any specific information please contact us info@theindulgence.co.uk and we'll do our very best to help!

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay using any major credit/debit card, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as PayPal.

What is your exchange, returns and refund policy?

Items can returned within 14 days of the original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit providing the products are in the same condition they were received. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.

What are your delivery times?

Orders placed before 2pm are shipped on the same working day. Orders after 2pm are shipped the following working day (after 2pm Friday is shipped Monday)
Standard UK Shipping is 2 - 4 business days. Express Shipping is 1-2 business days.
Shipping within the EU takes between 7-10 working days
Shipping for the Rest of the World takes between 10-14 working days.

How should I store my chocolates and how long do they last??

All your chocolates will last for at least 1 month in cool, dry conditions however if stored within an air tight container can last up to 3 months. Please do not store the chocolates in a fridge, anywhere with a consistent mid-range temperature is perfect!

Do you put invoices or put prices in your packages?

As standard we do NOT include an invoice inside the package so you can gift them to whoever you wish without them knowing the price you paid. However if you do require an invoice please email info@theindulgence.co.uk and we'll be happy to provide one.
