Delivery and Payment Information
SHIPPING TIMES
- Orders placed before 2pm are shipped on the same working day. Orders after 2pm are shipped the following working day (after 2pm Friday is shipped Monday).
- Shipping is free for all orders over £25. Anything below £25 will have a shipping cost applied.
- Standard UK Shipping takes between 2 - 4 business days and is £3.50 for all Pick and Mix orders and £3.95 for all other items.
- Express Shipping takes between 1-2 business days and costs £4.50 for Pick and Mix orders and £6.95 for all other items.
- Shipping within the EU takes between 7-10 working days and costs £8.95 for all orders.
- Shipping for the Rest of the World takes between 10-14 working days and costs £19.95 for all orders.
- Our refund policy allows for returns within 30 days of your order if returned in the same condition.
- Please note if you order both a Pick and Mix box AND from our other selections shipping will be charged from each location as they are sent separately.
PAYMENT METHODS
T H E I N D U L G E N C E accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is placed.
- PayPal: Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account simply visit their website.
